Seeking help isn’t a sign of weakness; it’s a bold step toward change. I believe therapy is a space to step into your own story with curiosity, honesty, and intention. As a Clinical Social Work Intern, I take an integrative approach to therapy, incorporating elements from relational, cognitive, and narrative frameworks. While I continue to deepen my training in specific modalities, I prioritize co-creating a space that feels attuned, affirming, and responsive to each person’s lived experience.

I strive to create affirming, nonjudgmental spaces for folks of any age, and I welcome adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating identity exploration, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I’m especially passionate about serving LGBTQIA+ individuals and creating spaces where people feel deeply seen, affirmed, and supported in their healing. I also bring experience in suicide prevention, community education, and advocacy work– perspectives that inform my understanding of both individual and systemic barriers to wellness.

Before entering the field of mental health, I worked as a teacher in Loveland, Colorado.  I hold a degree in Secondary English Education from the University of Wyoming, and I am currently working toward earning my Master of Social Work from Colorado State University.

I show up to this work with authenticity, humor, and care. I believe that even in the most painful moments, there is still room for growth, connection, and meaning. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you reclaim your story, moving toward greater self-compassion and clarity.

I accept HSA/HRA/FSA, out-of-network and in-network insurance coverage with Optum/United/UMR, Aetna, Anthem, and Cigna .
